The Experimental Oncology is an English-languaged journal that publishes articles and communications presenting new data in the field of experimental and fundamental oncology. Manuscripts must be in English, should contain original work, which has not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere. It also implies the transfer of the Copyright from the author to “Experimental Oncology”. No part of journal publications may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system or transmitted in any form or by any means without the prior permission of the publisher.

The original and one copy of the manuscript with the floppy disk in Word format should be submitted to the Central Editorial Office:

Manuscripts should be typewritten with double spacing on the one side of the paper only. The order of presentation is the following:

1. Title Page, including title, author(s)’ name(s) and their affiliation, full address of corresponding authors (Tel. No., Fax and E-mail), abbreviations used and total number of text figures and tables. The title page should be a separate sheet.
2. Abstract bearing Key Words (up to six words). As a rule, the abstract does not contain abbreviations, footnotes, or references. Abstract must be structured in “aim, methods; results; conclusion ” sections.
3. Introduction.
4. Materials and Methods, including number of animals, their species, strain, line, ages, sex, weight and breeding, method of euthanasia, information on chemicals, devices and drugs used (firm, country, dose(s) and route(s) of administration). Statistical methods used are outlined.
5. Results.
6. Discussion (may be united with section 5).
7. Acknowledgements, including the No. of grant if financial support has been provided.
8. References. All references cited in the manuscript should be given in alphabetical order of the first author or in the order of citing on a page(s) separated from other text. References are identified in the text by Arabic numerals in the square brackets. Each reference should list the authors’s last name, followed by all initials, title of paper referred to, abbreviated title of periodicals, year, volume number, and first and last page numbers. Abbreviations of journal titles should follow those used in Current Contents. This journal should be cited as Exp Oncol.

Unpublished results and personal communications should be cited in the body of text.

9. Tables. Each table must be typed on separate sheets with title above and explanatory notes below the table, be numbered with Arabic numerals, and be keyed into the text.
10. Figures. Two identical sets of original drawing and/or photographs on separate sheets should be submitted. All illustrations should be numbered in order of appearance with consecutive Arabic numerals. Figures should be marked on the reverse side with the number, orientation and first author’s name. Illustrations should be enclosed in an envelope. Approximate location of figures is noted in the margin of text at the point of first citation. Diagrams and graph should be submitted in Excel program, photographs — in jpg.
11. Legends. The legends of figures should be collected on a separate page.

Nonstandard abbreviation should be defined when used in the text. The Greek letters should be underlined in red pencil, Gothic — in blue pencil.

The Editorial board has the rights to decline papers which are not in line with the journal profile, contain no new information or which scientific and methodological levels is not high. The text may be shortened or corrected in the course of scientific edition.
