Resume. The present work is focused on the study of patterns of bioenergetics and morphology of Guerin’s carcinoma cells upon the development of cisplatine resistance. It is shown, that this process is accompanied by activation of oxidative phosphorylation and of glutathione detoxification systems as well as by complication of morphological organization of tumor cells pointing to the increased level of their differentiation. Key words: antitumor drug resistance, cisplatine, energy metabolism, morphology, detoxification, differentiation.
